Under applicable law we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for any further copies beyond the first one that you may request.
(2) Right to rectification - you have the right to have personal data concerning you rectified. You can ask us to correct or complete your inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

We may continue to use your personal data as a result of a restriction request: if we have your consent; or in order to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim; or to protect the rights of MebeloMan Ltd or of another natural or legal person.
(4) Right to data portability - at your request we will transfer your personal data to another controller, where this is technically feasible, provided that the processing is based on your consent or on a contractual obligation. (5) Right to erasure - You can ask us to delete your personal data in the following cases: it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; or you have withdrawn your consent (where the processing of the data is based on consent); or you are exercising a legitimate right to object; or it has been unlawfully processed; or there is a legal obligation in this regard. (7) Right to lodge a complaint - in the event of a suspected breach of the applicable data protection laws, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection - the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) - Sofia 1592, 2 "Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov" Blvd., or www.cpdp.bg.
(1) Timeframe - we will try to fulfil your requests to exercise rights or to obtain information from us concerning your personal data within the statutory period of 30 (thirty) days; this period may be extended for specific reasons related to the particular statutory right, or due to the complexity of your request, of which we will certainly notify you before the expiry of that period.
(2) Restriction of access - in certain situations we may not be able to give you access to all or part of your personal data due to statutory provisions. If we refuse your access request, we will inform you of the reason for the refusal.
(3) Inability to identify - in some cases we may not be able to verify your personal data based on the identifiers provided in your request. In such cases, where we cannot identify you as a data subject, we do not have the objective ability to fulfil your request to exercise your legal rights as set out in this section, unless you provide us with additional information that allows us to identify you.
(4) Exercising your legal rights - to exercise your legal rights, please contact us at the addresses given at the end of this policy.
As a general rule, we will retain the personal data you have provided to us for the purposes of selling and delivering goods for as long as necessary to fulfil the delivery, as well as for a longer period insofar as this is required by the applicable regulations governing accounting requirements and control of the company's cash flows, as well as evidence of the performance of our contractual obligations under the contract for the sale and delivery of goods.
